Gravely Commercial 10A Tractor Kohler 10hp Engine 12 Volt System Electric Start Brand New Battery Good Newer Tires Attachments: Snow Blade, 30" Mower/Bush Hog, Disc/Plow with Gear Box, Sulky, Tire Chains We acquired this unique tractor locally and now offer it for sale. The tractor and attachments are in very good condition. We just recently serviced the tractor including: new battery, new fluids, and cleaned the carburetor. The previous owner had it in the family for a long time but needed more space in the garage. We were told that it was never stored outside. The tractor itself is mechanically running good and has good power. Transmission works properly. We have only used the snow blade and have not hooked up or operated the other attachments. THIS EQUIPMENT/ITEM IS CURRENTLY FOR SALE ON OUR SALES LOT. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SELL AT ANYTIME! We may describe that a machine is supposed to lift 5,000 pounds, but if it only lifts 3,000 pounds it is not our fault and we did not guarantee that. Likewise, if we tell you we believe a machine is a 1997 and it is a 1995 model, we have not guaranteed the year as sometimes we have no way of verifying. If these things are that important to you and if they will influence your decision to purchase, you should call the manufacturer yourself or do your own research before entering a bid. We do not lie and we do not deceive, but we are not experts on everything that we sell. Hours and Mileage: We do not sell new equipment/items and everything that we handle is purchased from used equipment sources. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee the hours of service on any items we sell. We do guarantee that we NEVER “turn back” hour meters or odometers. The information we report for an item is taken directly from the specific meter. If a machine shows low hours or miles, etc. and does not appear to be correct, we will tell you. Otherwise, our information is from the machine and is not guaranteed to be accurate. Storage: All items purchased from us can remain at our location for 10 days following the close of the auction without incurring any additional charges. However, if an item remains at our location for more than 10 days, you, the buyer, will be charged a storage fee. Such storage fees will differ depending on the item purchased. If you are the winning bid on an item, you will be notified. Sales Tax: Ohio sales tax is (6.75%) which applies to Ohio residents and all items picked up at our location with an Ohio address. If you are exempt from paying sales tax, you will be required to provide information stating so, including completing the necessary forms for being exempt from sale tax. Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and for making shipping arrangements. We are selling used equipment/items. All equipment/items we sell are sold “As Is, Where Is”. If you purchase equipment or an item and you have it delivered to your location, regardless of whether you have inspected it or not, you are responsible for that freight charge.
